Board of Directors
Toronto Arts Foundation Board of Directors is comprised of a minimum of nine directors.
Individuals on the Board serve in a voluntary capacity and receive no remuneration for their service as members of the Board. Board positions are held by persons who have a demonstrated interest in and service to the arts as well as special expertise in legal, financial and other pertinent areas. The Board of Directors is the final decision-making body of Toronto Arts Foundation.
